We offer Shuttle Services to Troy’s Stay and Play, Troy’s Trims and Treats, Your Veterinarian, and anywhere else you would like your loved one to go.
Pick up and Deliveries are done in a proper transportation vehicle, where each pet is in its own enclosed crate for its personal safety. The vehicle is air-conditioned and heated and plays soft music so your pet can enjoy the ride.
FOR BOARDING:

FOR GROOMING:
The hours for pick up are usually between 8am and 9am and delivery is between 1pm and 3pm. Please make sure your pet is on a secure collar and lead. If we shall be picking up a cat we require that the cat be in its own carrier. Please call Troy’s Trim’s and Treats at (201)871-8484 for a price quote
FOOD DELIVERY:
Troy’s offers door to door pet food delivery to surrounding towns. We don’t want your pet to be without its favorite meal so please give us a call at (201)871-8484 and we will be happy to deliver his or her food the same day
VET VISITS:
If your pet has a vet appointment and you are away or unable to leave your work we will take your pet to the vet, stay with your pet, pick up any medication if necessary and bring your pet back home. Please call us at (201)943-1200 for a price quote.
AIRPORT SERVICE:
If your pet will be traveling alone, or meeting you at another location, or if you are expecting a new puppy out of state we offer airport service. Prices depend on airport location, wait time and tolls. Please call us at (201)943-1200 for a price quote.
*** Cancellation Rules:
Please call us the day before to cancel so as to avoid charges. If no one is home at the time of delivery our pet chauffeur will wait 5 minutes and try to contact you by phone. However, if we are unsuccessful in locating you, since your pet’s safety is of our utmost concern we shall not leave your pet unattended at any time and will bring your pet back to Troy’s where you will be able to pick him or her up before closing time. If you wish us to re-deliver your pet to your home there will be a return trip fee of $10.00
